MY SURPRISE AT 40!

   

Hey! Dynamic friends, how are we all doing? I hope we are all doing fantastically well? It has been quite a year hasn’t it? Full of surprises, ups and downs, challenging but we are still here, we can only be grateful.

The year in a nutshell

This year has tested and tried a lot of us, I am sure you agree, it is not all about how much you’ve been tried, shaken or dis-positioned, it’s about how well you get back up. Just to assure you that you are not alone and that we will all get through this.

So excited to be sharing with you some amazing news, however, you might’ve found out about the 1st surprise, and i am thinking you are crazily surprised. I turned 40 in October if you follow me on Instagram, you would’ve seen my birthday post.

I am beyond excited about my second surprise, feeling privileged to be sharing this with you all. Getting emotional typing this, but I have reasons to be grateful, excited and happy. I can say however that it has not been easy, but I am trusting God totally this one.

If you follow me on tiktok, you might have caught a tiny glimpse of this surprise, if you follow me on Instagram, this will be news to you. Either way, here we are. Your girl is pregnant!!!  SCREAMING!!! I am too!! am still just as surprised as you all are, trust me!!

Oh! My! That feels a lot better now, phew! please do not ask me how I am feeling, I am nervous, excited, and cannot really explain the other feelings I’m having right now.  I couldn’t have hidden this for too long, even though excited to be sharing this with you all as i have been thinking how to share it.

Only because, I had my girls before starting blogging and writing about pregnancy now is kind of new to me, so still loads to learn.

Been in denial mode for quiet a while, however you might be think “how come” when the bump is growing bigger fast? Maybe unbelievable you, true for !

 I know a lot of you are already calculating your questions and already asking them in your mind.

The big questions

• How is she going to cope with four children? OMG! Four children did you say? Oh! please do not scare me. Just hope and pray for me.
• Was it planned? What was she thinking? I do not even have those answers now! Be nice to me! ha-ha
• Are you going to find out the sex of the baby? that may be a little bit much for now! Your girl has no clue for now…

All i want to do

You should know by now that all these questions have been on my mind even though, of course those are things to think about but honestly right now. I do not feel like thinking, I just want to be excited and happy for this bundle of joy coming my way that way enjoy every moment of this journey.

Sharing my pregnancy journey.

I know that this will be different from the rest of my pregnancies, knowing that I am sharing my journey with the world (freaks me out at the thought)

However, happy to share, to learn from other mums (as having girls doesn’t t make me an expert in pregnancy) and so others can learn too.

Next step

Taking everyday at a time, making the most of every single moment, while looking after myself and baby. Will do my best to keep up with my posts on Instagram, Facebook and a other social media posts.

If you have any thing particularly you might want me write about, feel free to pop your questions on here, i do know its not common to get pregnant at 40 however its not entirely impossible, is it?
